ingredient:
For the base:
- 2 teaspoons bitter cocoa
- powder 1 teaspoon red food
- coloring 250g Digestive Biscuits
- 120g Butter
For the cream cheese:
- 150 g icing sugar
- 250 g Cream cheese ( mascarpone , etc.)
- 250 g cream
- 6 g gelatin sheets
- qs Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons hot milk (to dissolve the gelatin)
Preperation:
First Red Velvet Cheesecake: prepare the biscuit base
