For the base:

  • 2 teaspoons bitter cocoa
  • powder 1 teaspoon red food
  • coloring 250g Digestive Biscuits
  • 120g Butter

For the cream cheese:

  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 250 g Cream cheese ( mascarpone , etc.)
  • 250 g cream
  • 6 g gelatin sheets
  • qs Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot milk (to dissolve the gelatin)


First Red Velvet Cheesecake: prepare the biscuit base
