INGREDIENTS: 8 PERS.
- 170g unsweetened condensed milk
- 120 g liquid fresh cream
- 80g milk chocolate
- 50g butter
- 50g hazelnuts
- 500g caster sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 C. teaspoon natural vanilla flavor extract
- In a saucepan with a th7Uick bottom, pour the liquid fresh cream and the unsweetened condensed milk. Add the powdered sugar.
- Boil for 20 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
