Paula deen’s fudge recipe

INGREDIENTS: 8 PERS.

  • 170g unsweetened condensed milk
  • 120 g liquid fresh cream
  • 80g milk chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 500g caster sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 C. teaspoon natural vanilla flavor extract

PREPERATION :

  • In a saucepan with a th7Uick bottom, pour the liquid fresh cream and the unsweetened condensed milk. Add the powdered sugar.
  • Boil for 20 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
