Grandma’s country white bread

Ingredients :

  • 500g Flour 
  • 1Half cube of baker’s yeast
  • 50g Butter 
  • 10 cl Water
  • 40g Sugar 
  • 20 cl warm milk
  • 3g Salt 

Preperation :

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 10 cl of luk ,ewarm water and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the flour into the bo,,wl of a pastry robot, add the salt, the sugar and the soft butter cut into cubes. Start kneading then add the dissolved yeast and lukewarm milk and knead for 3 to 4 minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous and elastic dough.
