Ingredients :
- 500g Flour
- 1Half cube of baker’s yeast
- 50g Butter
- 10 cl Water
- 40g Sugar
- 20 cl warm milk
- 3g Salt
Preperation :
- Dissolve the yeast in 10 cl of luk ,ewarm water and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Pour the flour into the bo,,wl of a pastry robot, add the salt, the sugar and the soft butter cut into cubes. Start kneading then add the dissolved yeast and lukewarm milk and knead for 3 to 4 minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous and elastic dough.
